So I stopped by McDonalds this morning for a quick breakfast and was shocked at what I saw. As I pulled through the parkinglot guess who I saw leaving…
A younger version of this guy and his family!

Seriously, an Amish family walked out as I was pulling in. Now, maybe I’m mistaken but aren’t the Amish supposed to shun modern technology? I mean some can’t even use electricity in their every day lives right? How in the hell is this guy gonna justify coming back to the farm with sausage biscuit breath?
“Brother Ezekiel, what is that smell?”
“Why, nothing Brother Jebediah.”
“Very well then, go church the butter”
“Yes brother…. *under his breath* bah dah ba ba da”
Or worse yet, the little kids that they had with them… how are they going to keep this a secret? (Sidenote: I almost thought it was a joke or just a costume or something until I saw that they had their two kids a dressed up too). So these kids get back to 1850 (aka their farm) and knowing kids the rumors will start flying.
” I was standing at the counter and when it came my time to order… I … well I ordered a Happy Meal”
“You did not Brother Daniel… you’re a liar!”
“Am not and I can prove it… here’s the Disney toy I got with it!” and of course as he pulls it out of his pocket, little sister Sarah mumbles “Sweet merciful Moses” and faints. I can see it now and trust me… its not a pretty site. All because one humble Amish man couldn’t resist the sinful snare of the Micky D’s Golden Arches…. what is this world coming to?
