My wife and I went to the local “hicnic” last night to do some people watching and stumbled upon the best carnival game EVER!
It’s basically rat roulette where you place your bet ($0.50) on a color, they spin a giant roulette wheel with holes in it, and free a rat, which up until this point being held captive in the center of the wheel under a colander. If the rat runs into the hole that matches where you placed your bet, you win!
Like I said, it’s the best carnival game ever and I’m not sure how it took me so long to discover it. I took a quick video of it on my new iPhone 4 (video quality’s not too shabby) so everyone could enjoy although nothing quite beats the rush of being there. My favorite part of the video is the maniac screaming “Damn you RAT!” after losing.

LOL, Ben, I imagine there’s folks out there who’ll scream animal abuse or something, but I gotta admit, that does look like total fun.
